Moray Labour is celebrating gains across Moray in Thursday’s local elections. In addition to securing the re-election of long standing Labour Councillor, John Divers, in Elgin City South; Labour candidates Sandy Keith and Ben Williams gained seats for Labour in Elgin City North and Fochabers Lhanbryde, respectively.
