Moray Labour has announced its new Executive Committee following its AGM last week.

Sandy Keith, Pat Ellison, Dr Stuart Maclennan, Alan Burgess and David Blair continue in their roles as Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer and Policy Officer, respectively, while James Hynam, Kate Imlah, Ben Stewart and Ben Williams are taking on the roles of Trade Union Liaison Officer, Women’s Officer, Youth Officer and Communications Officer.

Commenting on the election of the new Executive Committee, Councillor Sandy Keith said:

“The message is clear: people across Moray want change. They’ve been let down by 16 years of SNP government, and 13 years of Conservative government. In May 2022, we had the largest change in vote share of any party here in Moray, tripling our representation on Moray Council. Scottish Labour is back in the contest all across Scotland, and this new Executive Committee brings the right amount of continuity alongside fresh ideas in order to carry on that momentum.”
